TurfNote Your lawn's memory

Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how TurfNote handles information used to log and plan lawn care work.

Information You Add to TurfNote

TurfNote is a lawn logbook and planner. Depending on how you use the app, you may add lawn profile details, zone names, square footage, grass type, sun exposure, irrigation notes, soil notes, completed work, planned jobs, dates, notes, product names, application rates, amounts, spreader settings, recurrence details, and safety timing intervals.

On-Device Storage

TurfNote stores your lawn data locally on your device first so the app can keep your lawn history and plans available in the app.

Optional iCloud Sync

When iCloud sync is available and enabled for TurfNote on your Apple devices, Apple may sync your app data through iCloud to keep your lawn records available across devices connected to your Apple ID. Apple manages iCloud storage and processing under Apple's privacy terms and your Apple account settings.

Portable Backups

TurfNote may offer backup or import tools that you choose to use. You control where backup files are saved and which files are selected for import.

Tracking and Advertising

TurfNote does not sell your lawn data, use it for advertising, or use tracking SDKs to profile you across apps or websites.

Your Choices

  • You can manage iCloud access for TurfNote in Apple system settings.
  • You can use backup tools when you want a portable copy.
  • You can reset local TurfNote data in the app.
  • You can delete TurfNote from your device to remove the app and its local data.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
